Hi Jenny, Welcome! to ATP!

I too am curious as to what plant your cuttings are from. Pale leaves can mean too much water, or sometimes too little water. When I take cuttings I place them in barely damp soil but I live in a very humid area and my growing area is outside so the moisture in the air seems to help.
