Bearsearch, Rouguchi is my favourite also. I love the pendant tulip shaped blooms with curled back petaloids, I love the deep violet colour, and most of all how it throws out masses of flowers continually from Spring until the frosts get it. Inmy area it also NEVER needs watering, a huge plus, and amazingly never seems toneed feeding either. I have mine climbing up a 'Russian Olive' - Eleagnus angustifolia. I like the blue flowers against the silver leaves, though it might look more striking on a gold foliaged shrub.
