Yesterday we were in the low 90s and for whatever reason I decided to dig up one of my Adenium and try potting it. I think I must have been out of my mind. It took me 3 hours, a strained muscle in my arm and a bucket of sweat, but I got the sucker out. All that work before I realized I didn't have a pot big enough for such a monster. I got the bathroom scale and it weighed 87 lbs. Here it is while in the ground.

Toward the end of the day I found an old pot that just might work, so I drove to Lucky Sumo and bought some "sumo soil", they're own special Adenium mix. The pot is ugly needs sanding and painting, but I'm too tired now. I shouldn't have watched them pot a smaller of my Adeniums. I got too gutsy and can only hope this guy survives.
