Yesterday, I was tying some plumeria limbs to the deck so they wouldn't blow over in the storm that's hopefully coming tonight. I happened to look up into the oak and spotted this tree rat watching me while he rested. I eased back into the house and took his pic through the kitchen window.
He's probably busy this morning chewing a spot along the eaves to get into our attic before the storm.
