I have had a Rion for years, it has been nearly 8 years that I have had it and I had to replace a few parts that blew off in a blizzard, but they have tremendous Customer Service and they sent me my replacements free. I have no idea if that is normal, but I did not question it. I has been standing with no problem with hurricanes, tropical storms, snow storms but I have learned to put up a wind breaker on the East side since most of our strong winds come off the ocean and so before the snow starts, we put up a few pieces of plywood on some stakes and it helps keep the panels protected. They come down in the summer and none of the hurricanes have done any damage to the GH and we lost trees, etc. in some of them. Just thougnt you may like to hear that I would recommend them. They are worth the money for sure.
