I picked up a couple of pots of Carex siderosticha 'Variegata' at the plant swap and am now hesitant as to where I should plant it...or if I should pass it along. I liked the wide leaves of this carex, but when I read descriptions of it spreading by rhizomes had second thoughts.

Is anyone growing it and what are your feelings about this plant, it's habits, strength, weaknesses in our climate? Just wondering.
