Good luck! I've never seen a good system for helping seed traders who have specific desires.
The Hog Wild Piggy Swap is the best I've seen. Many gardeners (we call ourselves piggies) do a lot of work, listing all the seeds they're willing to trade at the moment. Each piggy has their own page or pages of offers. (My trade lists are not up to date, but I keep thelink in my signature block. Here is the list-of-lists, but people won't be bringing them up to date for another month or so. Last year, there were five pages of piggies.

Then, when Ella drops the flag, everyone "oinks" for specific things that they want. First come, first served.
The secret is that you don't have to find MATCHING Haves and Wants. Everyone gives and everyone gets. Often people will receive and give 100 or more varieties in one year's swap.
Part of the swap is that people also list their wishlist items, generally and specifically.
Always people have many more varieties than they can list, including ones that they would just give away to ANYone, but when they know that good old So-and-So wants the precious XYZ, they give that XYZ seed to old So-and-So because they've become friends while giving generously to so many people.
It's a free-for-all where the line is blurred between giving and swapping. After participating for a few years, I mostly have more seeds than I can plant of the sorts that I'm most interested in. I feel like I owe the Piggy community as many seeds as I can offer, since I've been showered with so many in the past.
