You are welcome; I hope I identified it correctly; from what I can see of the leaves and stems in your photo it sure looks like my plant. I forgot to say though ... feel the leaves if you get a chance; they have a sort of rough, prickly feel.

Well, maybe you should disregard my ID as the more research I do and the more photo's I look at, I think my plant (and the one in your photo) is NOT the Starry Rosinweed but rather the Swamp Sunflower (Helianthus angustifolius):
