Great article Juli! Melanie is well known for her introductions and their ability to perform in the garden. The plants are vigorous, scapes strong and well branched carrying many buds. Over the years quite a few have found their way into the beds here and have proved very popular with visitors.

Longlesson Showoff

and Glimmerglass

are two favorites. Longlesson Showoff blooms forever and Glimmerglass is a shimmering lavender-lilac. Sorry, I had to borrow database images, I can't seem to find mine tonight.

My all time favorite of Melanie's is Astral Voyager. One of the best plants in the garden with a gorgeous lavender -purple flower, super parent passing on the great plant habit and pretty clear colors.
