Only 1/2 acre Bev. But it has plants and garden areas surrounding it. I will be downsizing a lot someday too. Sometimes I think I should start now.
This is a shot of my side shadier propagation/grow out spot. The box you like is in this area under a structure that uses two old glass table tops for a ceiling to keep Summer Monsoons from rotting the succulents.

I do hope to see some new pictures of your beautiful boxes too soon. I love your stuff too. There is always a new angle and something going on worth sharing! I am being really inspired to grow Simp's now because of you guys! I don't have a single one that i know of. Most all of mine are Sedums or Echev's... Smiling
