Very good point Cindi, these tips are all good reminders and important warnings. Alcohol is the absolute worst thing to drink when out in the heat, it does not hydrate you, it dehydrates you. Water is the best way to stay hydrated, you can drink a glass of water before you go out to jump start the hydration process. Also take lots of breaks in the shade, I think mine is like a 10% ratio, which means I work 10 minutes and then take a 50 minute break. hehehe...Works for me!!
