No snow on the ground here yet, but we're getting ready for it, too. I'm still gathering seeds as they're ready, applying winter mulch and cutting back frosted plants. I'll likely be at it for quite a while yet. Whistling Cold and gloomy saps my *want to*. Today I headed out to find my favorite leaf rake and after doing a complete circuit of the yard, I headed out to the barn to look for it there. I didn't find it, so I just kept right on walking. I ended up enjoying a brisk walk through the State Park instead! Hilarious!
