LOL Lori, I took that photo tonight around 7. On Saturday we got 24 inches and today another 26, Yes, those tulips are above ground somewhere under that. I just heard on the news that we have now had 6 more inches this season than Buffalo NY. Just imagine, it was 61 here, Monday a week ago..

That's a very nice tulip bed. I put in a lot of different types this year too. This will be the first time I've tried the Peony types. I'm not sure if any of my new ones are fosteriana types. I know that I put in some clusiana types.
