That is a lovely phlox. The deer eat the heads from our David phlox and they do munch on some low ones but not anything in between...not yet.
I thought my neighbor feeding the feral cat, who comes over here daily to leave deposits, was irresponsible, but if they fed the deer I'd be wild.
