This is near & dear to us. We follow the birds year around providing food and nectar. We both (My Best Half & Myself) take lots of pictures. She is a fanatic about humming birds, so all hummingbird pictures you see from me are HERS. Bur no matter this is agreat part of gardening and country life. Thanks for posting. This gives us a chance to post some pictures. Smiling These are baby Chipping Sparrows from summer. They are tiny birds even though the pictures look large from the zoom. I realize this concerns feeding over winter, but these are only summer visitors then migrate south for winter. Hope this isn't too far off topic.
