I'm on a down hill slide to middle

Might some one be so kind as to id the following plants for me. I live in N.E. MS just 3 miles from the MS/AL state line.
They are:.
I've never even seen this plant before.

Sorry, not a good pic. of the up close leaves. Sorry.

Absolutely NO idea. This is one I've not noticed in my treks into the woods.
