Cross Vine (Bignonia capreolata) http://www.magnoliagardensnurs... is native and beautiful. I've seen it tumbling over fences on pathways.

Quisqualis indica (Rangoon Creeper) http://davesgarden.com/guides/...
Wonderful fragrance, gets large, and you may need to do some whacking back, but everyone I know that has one, loves it. It really is a gorgeous vine. I would have one if I had the space.
