Identity Crisis ( White 2012) is a tet with white/green striped foliage, said to show it about 80% of the time and also shows the variegation on the buds and seed pods. You can see one small leaf sticking up under the top of the bloom in this image.

Hope this link works, it goes to Rich Howards sale page with images of Identity Crisis.

Back in '05 I gave a seedling to a local woman who visited the garden each year and had commented on the sdlg for several years. Two years ago during one of her visits she mentioned how much she liked the sdlg and the wonderful variegated foliage it had Blinking . I know it did not have variegation here or it would have never left! She brought the huge clump for me to divide and sure enough there were several green fans in toward the center and the rest of the attached fans were all yellow and green striped. After dividing it she gave me a few fans back Smiling It's also tet and has leaves, scapes, buds and pods that are striped green and yellow with a simple raspberry bloom.
