It occurred to me while browsing the Bean database that it would be nice to be able to search it on certain new fields. @Dave, what would you think about adding some fields like these, if people who know beans well think they would be usefull?

I may have some names confused ...

Type of bean -
- snap bean = string bean= French bean = green bean (eat the whole pod)
- dry bean = soup bean (shell the beans and dry them. Discard the pods)
- shelling bean (?) - (shell the beans and eat them fresh? Discard the pods.)

bean pod color -
- green
- light green
- yellow
- purple

bean pod shape -
- regular (round, thicker than 1/4")
- fillet (round, 1/4" diameter or thinner)
- flat (Romano style)

bean plant style -
- bush (less than 40", support optional)
- pole (vines longer than 40", needs support like pole, trellis, wire mesh, netting, or string)
