Irises Bulbs Daylilies Lilies Herbs Clematis
I grew it for a couple of years, but it never really took off or did much. It stayed about 8" tall, with a couple of blooms, both years. This spring, it never showed up. All of the other clems I planted the same year have done well, but I put JPII in a shadier spot than the others, so perhaps he just needed more sun.

It is really a lovely clem, if you can get it to get established!

This is the pic I added to PlantFiles at DG, back when I first planted it. I was so sorry that it never appeared this year. I've considered digging to see if I can find the roots and move it.
