Liz, I have both Lois' Choice and Lemon Chiffon. I haven't seen either bloom. LC and Lemon Chiffon were both planted in fall of 2012. I got Lois' Choice from Brooks gardens, and Lemon Chiffon was sent to me by a gardening friend in Alaska.

Last spring we had torrential rains and a lot of flooding, which affected the area that Lemon Chiffon was planted in. I checked the tuber last week and the piece I found was too soft, I'm hoping it's not dead. Crying I planted 2 small pieces in the same spot, so when it warms up I'm going to dig up the area to see if the other piece is still there.

I have big hopes of seeing Lois' Choice bloom this year, it's sooo pretty in the pictures. I do love the yellow peonies, and also have Bartzella, Misaka, and Yumi, the latter is my avatar.
