I'm so ready for a BLT, but not buying this one:
"A tomato juice mixture is the best cure for skunk odor because the acid in tomatoes neutralizes the odor."

Not true!
Skunk spray is an oily substance with sulfur containing thiols that are not water soluble and cannot be neutralized with any acid.
('best cure' is to use a liquid soap, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide combo and oxidize the offending thiols into water soluble compounds)
