Right, Pirl. Armandii should be pruned after blooms. This one has all brown leaves from the severe cold we have had. I am going to prune back a few feet from the end. It is probably 15 feet long sprawled on a split rain fence. Right now it looks like a dead vine. It is still alive and will have drop these dead leaves which it should do as the new leaves begin to appear. The leaves have always stayed green (it is evergreen) throughout the previous winters, but then this winter has not been a typical winter for anyone.
