Nice banner Rita! We always had hyacinths in our huge frog pond when I was growing up. When my parents took the pond out, they destroyed the plants. I don't think it was a bad plant back then, but it was obvious that it could easily get out of control. Mom had to remove large chunks of it from time to time, but the frogs sure did love it!
