I think it is an improved Dragon's Blood. They both have an entry.
Here is the one that goes by 3 different names.
Sedum (Phedimus spurius 'Fuldaglut')
And here is the Dragon's Blood.
Each of them can look different, depending on the growing conditions (soil, container versus ground, light conditions which vary according to where you live) so many variances. Kind of like the sempervivum.
