I found this gorgeous plant on the riverside in the rainforest. The plant was about 4 feet (120cm) tall.
In the hope to find it blooming I returned to that spot a few weeks later, but alas the plant was destroyed by a very heavy monsoon Crying by which plants on the riverbanks and sides were washed away, defoliated, trees uprooted or severely damaged by the swollen raging river!
