Hi,
The plant in the photo isn't
Dianthus alpinus, which is a short-stemmed alpine with flowers characterized by white speckles (as shown in the other photo at this site by Ghislain118).
The site where the photo is from claims it to be
Dianthus x allwoodii (though it doesn't actually list the name correctly); the plant does appear to be typical of
Dianthus x allwoodii.
Could you please ask to have the photo moved to
Dianthus x allwoodii?
