Thanks, Seedfork. Glad to know I'm not the only one. The latest medical research cautions against a few days rest, by the way. As painful as it might be, we're supposed to get up and at least attempt to take a walk every half-hour or so.
I've been making the rounds of all the medical sites for lower back pain treatment.
I also learned that sleeping on your stomach is the worst thing to do when you have lower back pain. Lying on your back is best, and sleeping on your side is second best.
