This looks very similar to one I've been trying to ID. Mine came from a nurseryman in San Jose who has had it since the 70's. He says it is a rebloomer, although I've had it less than a year w/ no rebloom.
Mine has light (but distinct) PBF, w/ blooming ht at 39". Flowers are large in comparison to my other historics. It you flatten out the falls and standards, they each measure 4", although the flower itself is about 6" tall. It has a nice fragrance and seems very popular with polinators. It has been very vigorous in growth in the 6 months that it's been in the ground. Flowers are more yellow when they open and fade towards creamy.
