Started removing all the deadwood from the roses (shrub roses @90% Rolling my eyes. ) and trimming back the ornamental grasses. Roses and fine-needled evergreens took last winter really hard, but most of the other stuff that I was really concerned about did just fine. ALL of my polemonium made it, which is absolutely amazing! I've never had any luck with them before now. Even the seed baby left to overwinter in a container is just fine. Hurray!
The rest of the time I've been working in the seedling area... potting up babies. Lovey dubby
