After all these years it seems, I too, have amaryllis, Apple Blossom. Mine are very iridescent, almost glittery on the white parts. Does that sound right? The bulb stock came from my 89 year old MIL in Seattle over 20 years ago. She got them from HER mother's garden in Pennsylvania. Is it possible that it could be Apple Blossom named that way back when?
