I will try now to do a leaf cutting propagation. Have read a lot about it, but have personally not done any ..so will try it now. I have read it takes a long time..several months long. Since it is Spring, feels like a good time to experiment on it.

Took some leaves from this one:

And here are the leaves in their little containers, planted on some mix of cactus soil, pumice, and some of my kanuma/akadama mix. I just added the last one, since I have it on hand. Can ably keep the soil damp and still provide good drainage.
These ones have a longer petiole, leaves a bit older:
