Here is one of sedum pots, a mini vertical wall...the pot doesn't have a hole drilled in it, so I tipped it sideways!
In looking up 'Love's triangle' I saw that it isn't a dasy its an anglicum - no wonder they look different. So I'm thinking that my plant in this pot is some type of Sedum anglicum. I tip my hat to you.
