Super easy John! Just click on the database and there will be a link for 'Add. A New Plant', click on that and in the Genus section add Fuchsia' and then the cultivar name. You can add a common name if you like but it's not necessary to complete it. Hit the submit button and you're done.
I see that you correctly added one. Zuzu will come and approve it as she is the moderator for that database and you will get a system message when that happens.
