I grew this one and the black one which has more than one 'name'. This one didn't regrow, the black one which is usually called Penny Black but I got it from Suttons seeds (who have since left the country) and they had another name for it (Total Eclipse), did reseed a little. That was many years ago now, I still have an occasional plant grow but it's not happy in a dry spot so it doesn't do well, I have a single small plant growing now. I had a plant set in a more shady spot years ago with lots of compost on the ground at the time, it flourished.
