You have beautiful photos in your blog, so I guess you've mastered the art of posting photos; this blog works just like the threads do in the forums.
If you are talking about banners, here's the Site Banners forum and when you click on it look to the right and there are instructions on how to make a banner from your photos:

If you are talking about entering your pictures into the Plant Database, then click on that which should appear on the left of your home page; key in the name of the plant you have in the photo you want to submit and it will take you to the page dedicated to that plant.
