Shannon, in looking at your photos it appears that one of the reasons your babies are not happy, is that the pots that they are in are too large. DRs are succulents and don't need a lot of water. They also need well draining soil. A pot too large can create a soggy environment for the roots and cause rot to set in. Have you looked at the roots lately? Hopefully, Melissa or JT will respond and help you out soon.
