I have wanted a cast iron skillet for years. My mother had one. Alas, finding a quality used one in California at a reasonable price is very difficult. They have become so trendy.
I enjoyed your article on asparagus. They are one of my favorite vegetables but I have never thought of cooking them quite that way.
