Plumeria Jeannie Moragne; This is one of the famous Moragne hybrids. This beefy tree produces HUGE, 5 ½" rose pink, star-shaped flowers with dark pink streaks radiating from the gold center. At times the centers have an almost metallic gold look. The scent is a mild, sweet, floral fragrance.
