I have color showing on a few more, and I still have some of the little guys that haven't bloomed yet. Pulled off two rotted bloom stalks today, Not fun one was an only stalk, and too immature to try to bloom in water. It was the stem explosion thing, rotting in the middle of the stem. My poor drama queen is having stress with rot too. Don't think I'll see the queen this year. Oh, the trials of irises. Better get ready, my cook out guest should be arriving soon.
