Hi tiptonla, and a big Welcome! to ATP.
Your sempervivum doesn't appear to be Witcheri. The color and texture of the leaves is not correct. I have never seen Witcheri with watermarks. I see in one of your photos there are watermarks.

Here are photos of Witcheri in different seasons, notice the fairly heavy cilia along the leaves and some tufting at the tips. Hen and Chicks (Sempervivum 'Witcheri')

How long have you had your plant? What conditions are you growing it in?
