That's what I thought years ago. This approximately 12 acre piece of property is supposed to have seven different species of orchids, ten different species of ferns and four of the five different types of carnivorous plants found in the US. The drought hasn't been to bad in that particular area. The US Drought Map show that area classified as "abnormally dry".
