I don't think there's a remedy in the true sense of the word. There are preventive measures, but you're too late for those. Those measures have to be taken before the black spot shows up.
I get a lot of black spot and I do nothing about it. The leaves get ugly, fall off, and are replaced by pretty green leaves.
