Since the @tiptonla pruned the plant and it is now flowering on current growth that narrows the selection as some varieties only bloom on the previous years growth.

Please look at the link to see what I meant when I said that the leaves on Dolchica are different.

Yours could also be S. japonica 'Neon Flash' which is an improved version of 'Anthony Waterer'. http://www.plantstogrow.com/zP... or S. margaritae (pink/rosy pink , a cross between S. japonica and S. superba)

Probably not S. bullata (red/pink flowers, bullate leaves, Crispleaf Spirea, "Crispa')
