With that many plumeria over the years, I would say you are "expert". Last winter was hard on all of us. I lost approximately 100 tropical plants. I live in NE Mississippi. Even in the mildest winters, I have to bring in all my tropical plants, or at least the 100's I have room for. That's my problem. I have too many plants!
