One thing about a garden, it is ever-changing. I don't consider myself very creative either. Here is a picture of some clay pots that my daughter turned into a lighthouse for me for Mother's Day.
Not sure if you are on facebook or not, but there is a place called "Two Women and a Hoe" on there that have some great ideas for recycling items into garden art. Here is a frog made from tires that someone posted on their page. I just love it.
