I love dahlias too! The trouble is they are what plantspeople call "promiscuous". They love to cross pollinate and you end up getting seedlings of all sorts that "sort of look like" the parent plants. You might have 2 of these unnamed beauties. Keep searching though...there's tons of named varieties out there.
