Same here, there's no left over coffee at our place either. Gin that pot roast sounds good but doesn't it keep you awake?

Surprising that the coffee grounds are pH neutral. I wonder if the acid is brewed out into what we drink? If so then definitely dilute your leftovers before watering plants with it.
I think I need one of those analyzers.
