I have to buy them cheap now Bob. I do not care if they are common, old, or new. I am looking for the one's that survive and I am determined not to let the breeders drain me dry with their high price of the new pretty color that die over the winter. I am done with that process. My new goal is for color and survival.
Purple Palace surprises me in my garden. I often wonder if nurseries do not know what they have so they put the name PP on the pot. I have 3 of them and have had for years and they all look different.
