I wouldn't move it, the plant will die off when the seed pod(s) have made later in the year.

I agree

These poppies have deep taproots that are very sensitive to disturbance. Once the seeds rattle inside the pod you can scatter them where you want them to grow next year. Smiling If they like the spot they'll sprout and grow on their own.
